Welcome to Corporate Callout. We tattle here.

Have you ever felt trapped in a hostile work environment? Have you ever felt undervalued and frustrated? Have you ever watched all your best, hardest working, most passionate coworkers walk out the door one by one as they just couldn't take it anymore? You've come to the right place!

We are here for the people

First and foremost, we want to give YOU a space to anonymously but publicly air your grievances towards a current or former employer. This can be difficult to do on social media, because social media is traceable, and even calling out former employers can affect your job prospects. But at the same time, some stuff that your bosses do not want to see on the internet is exactly what belongs on the internet.

The fact is, the gal who is thinking of applying to work at the Taco Bell on Park Avenue deserve to know that the Taco Bell on Park Avenue makes its employees work overtime hours without overtime pay. The dude who wants to work at the nail salon in Remington deserves to know that it's managed by a clique of bullies. And I don't know about you, but I personally would rather not buy my ice cream at a shop where the employees are still paid $7.50 an hour and not allowed to take lunch breaks. Especially not if there's an ice cream shop down the road that has no employee complaints whatsoever.

Your voice will be heard here. Even if it's not by the people who need to hear it the most.

Think of this as "me too" but for workplaces! Or, alternatively, WikiLeaks for work.

Our mission

Ultimately, we want this to be a full-service website where grievances can be searched for by employer and city. But of course we can't do that without submissions. That's where you come in! All you have to do is submit an anonymous grievance and tell your friends to do the same!

The Rules

  1. You must include the name and location of your company (or employer, if you work for an individual) as part of your callout. Anonymity is for us, not them.

  2. We guarantee that your identifying information will not be shared by us. However, details you choose to share in your grievance may potentially identify you to an employer. You are responsible for being vague enough to ensure your own anonymity.

  3. Be truthful. Spreading false rumors (in other words, lying) is considered defamation and is not acceptable here. If your boss or corporation has actually caused problems for you, you shouldn't need to lie.

  4. If there is any illegal activity going on and/or anything that could result in physical danger to yourself or others, call the cops. You can still send a submission afterwards if you want. But also, please, call the cops.

  5. Barring rules 1-4, nothing is off limits. Talk about your salary. Name names. Or don't. Call out whoever you want, however you want.
